Nichole Scala draws from years of advanced education and decades of hands-on clinical practice. One of the few Certified Orofacial Myologists (COM®) in Montana and experienced in a vast array of communication disorders, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her therapy practice.

Nichole Wiltshire-Scala, Owner

Nichole completed her graduate studies in speech-language pathology at the University of Wyoming, earning a Master of Science degree in 2000. In 2023, she further advanced her expertise by obtaining a doctorate in speech-language pathology. Nichole has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist since 2000, bringing decades of education and practical experience to her work.

She has specialized training in speech sound and orofacial myofunctional disorders. Nichole’s unique expertise is derived from both her extensive education and hands-on practice.

Nichole is one of only three Certified Orofacial Myologists (COM®) in Montana. Her specialized training and experience allow her to treat a wide variety of conditions with understanding and expertise. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM), and the Neo-Health Services as a Qualified Orofacial Myologist (QOM). 

In addition to her wealth of professionalism and training, Nichole is easy to talk to, friendly, and approachable. Patients experience a playful, supportive therapy environment. Nichole loves building relationships with her clients and families. She enjoys the challenge of discovering what’s going on with each individual’s situation and problem-solving to find creative solutions.
